Personal Pilates Training and Fitness Classes

It is never to late to improve the level of your strength, fitness and quality of life

I was introduced to the world of personal fitness training and the benefits of Pilates as a young dancer in New York working with Joseph Pilates. B.I.O. offers the Sonoma Valley both personal fitness training, as well as Pilates coaching for seniors and anyone else looking for improved health, fitness, strength, and flexibility. At your first meeting, I will complete a thorough Wellness Assessment with you. Taking into consideration your age, health, goals, and lifestyle, a Pilates or personal training program will be designed for you. You can safely learn exercises on the Pilates Reformer or various forms of resistance training in a private studio where all attention will be focused on you and your safety. Relax and learn from a pioneer in the health and fitness industry in a safe and quiet environment.


There are both full hour sessions, half hour sessions, duet sessions you can do with a friend and one class per week for Pilates Circuit Training, where you can improve your cardio/vascular health, and your core while getting Pilates Reformer time in as well.
