It has been medically documented that what you put in your body has the most impact on your ability to age in good health. Most modern day illnesses are associated with poor nutrition. Learn what different food groups do, and how to eat for health using these food groups. A complete assessment will be completed at your first session to identify destructive eating habits, foods that are causing you chronic inflammation and pain, and weight control issues. You will receive personal nutrition coaching to help you learn how to stock a whole food kitchen, manage food preparation, how to enjoy eating out and socializing while improving your nutritional health and weight.

 

One can significantly reduce the use of medications if one understands how important good nutrition is to the health and longevity of our bodies. Since I ahve 18 years as a Behavioral Modifications counselor, you will learn how to change behaviors that have in the past sabotaged your efforts at losing weight. Work with a caring, gentle and understanding coach on all your nutrition and weight loss issues.
